I Feel Bad If I Don't Do A Regular Workout |

Most people exercise to stay in shape or with weight loss as their objective. I do a regular workout with my beauty health in mind too. I do not want to end up with a weight problem and the associated health issues later on in life. However I have another reason for my regular workout. If I do not exercise at least every other day it has a detrimental impact on my psychological state. Frankly if I do not get a regular workout I start feeling disgusted at myself. The same thing would happen if I overate or consumed a lot of junk food. If I eat as I should and do a regular workout I feel much better about myself. I am much the same with all aspects of my beauty health in that I insist on being clean and well groomed. One could say that I am a bit obsessive about these things and there is no doubt that I am very fastidious about them. However I would much rather be a bit obsessive than go to the opposite extreme and be the type of person who does not care about such things at all.
