workoutI used to not be in shape. I was fat. That was the reality. But one day I decide that I was done being fat and that I needed to workout and start losing weight. I had heard before that you could really get some extra energy once you start to workout daily. I never really believed this notion, that was until my daily workout indeed started to provide me with tons of extra energy daily. So now I love to get up in the AM, and before I start working, or even getting ready, I workout. Once my blood gets pumping and my heart starts beating faster, I have more energy than you could ever imagine. My daily workout does indeed sup up my entire brain and body, prepping me for the day ahead. So as you can see, I have to now agree with this notion that a daily workout can provide you with some extra, and typically, very needed energy. Now that I am so used to working out everyday, I feel odd when I mis a day. But at least a workout is a great habit to be in, and I intend on keeping this habit well into the future.
