Workout + hard work = weight loss |

I know people say it all the time, but hard work really is the key to workouts and the more you push yourself to workout, especially when you don't want to workout, the quicker you start seeing weight loss. Most days I'm good with my own workout, but the past week I've slacked off. As bad as that sounds, but at least I finally moved my workout from my bedroom, down to the basement where I have more room to move, and it's always cool and humid free down there.
Despite the slacking off, I am noticing there's been some weight loss, not on the scale, but in my clothes. My jeans had been a bit tight earlier in the year, but the more I do my bellydance workout and the more I supplement it with walking, the better they fit. Which is great, I didn't see or feel a difference when I used to do the bellydance workout a couple years ago, even though I was active at work, moving newspaper bundles, delivering papers, etc. I'm still in the early stages of this, so the weight loss isn't as much as I'd like, but it's a start. I am on my way to slimming down and toning up, all with the help of the belly twins and their wonderful bellydance slim down workout video. I'm actually thinking of getting their bellydance instructional videos once I'm back in shape; would be fun. No more slacking off though! I'm going to get back into my workout routine next week.
