After having a baby, many women have trouble losing the extra weight from pregnancy. I remember having a very hard time, because I was so tired from night feedings and taking care of the baby. I had no energy to exercise or workout at all. And baby was so small, I didn't want to leave them alone to go to a gym or even ride a bike. I ended up buying a stationery bike, even though I prefer riding outside, because I could stay inside and ride the exercise bike while the baby slept or played nearby. That way I could keep an eye on the baby and still workout. Weight loss can be achieved after baby is born, but it is more difficult. I had to ride many miles and diet too, in order to see any results at all. Eventually when the baby got older, I could do some workouts with the baby. Being a toddler, they loved to jump around with me while I exercised, and I attained weight loss while "playing" with the baby. Weight loss after pregnancy takes hard work and determination.
