The Workout Class That Made Me Lose My Bottom |

Is it possible to have a workout routine that is too excessive? Experience has taught me that it is possible. When I was in my early twenties I used to take an aerobics class that comprised of boxing and kickboxing moves. I also worked in a management position in a nightclub and I was always on my feet. I got down to an American size six without really realizing it. Then one day my live-in boyfriend at the time- a Greek man called Dinos- complained about my weight. According to him I was too thin and my bottom had disappeared. I am five feet eight inches tall and I am not slightly built in terms of bone structure. I guess Dinos thought I looked better with a little more meat on my bones and he was probably right. I stopped with the aerobic workout class I was doing at that time because it made me drop too much weight. Instead I opted for a gentler workout comprising of half an hour on an exercise bike three or four times a week and some resistance work to build a little muscle so I wouldn’t look as skinny. However I do think that particular workout class would have been good for me if weight loss had been an issue when I started it. For example if I had had twenty or thirty pounds to lose that class would have helped me get rid of it in no time.
