workout, vitamins supplements 2009 has been a tough year for my body. Don’t know what happened but my normally slender frame got a bit more pudgy. It has to have something to do with working more, eating out more and not running enough. I try to work out a couple times a week and run every other day but it can be tough when there is work to be done. Much of the money I make is from work on a computer. I know I’m not alone in this. Sitting in an office chair all day is not the best for burning calories.

 What really got me in the mode of toning up is when I looked in the mirror, shirtless and it looked like I was nine months pregnant. This isn’t the movie Junior so I took action. I have been sticking to standard stomach workouts with a couple different sit-up techniques and eating healthier. Thank god there are online stores that sell vitamins supplements for cheap. They can be really expensive to take every day. The sit-up regimen is starting to work even though there is some work to be done. Not sure if I need to go for weight loss or just muscle toning but so far so good.
