Jump into Weight Loss! |

Here's an idea to jump start your weight loss program. Try a trampoline workout! The trampoline is a fun, low impact piece of fitness equipment. The trampoline can be made available in a group fitness setting such as tumbling or gymnastics. Perhaps you would rather begin your program in the privacy of your home. No problem with the trampoline. Just set one up in your backyard and jump into weight loss!
When I first stepped onto a trampoline I felt a little awkward but I soon got my trampoline legs. Start out slow. Just get on the thing and walk around, then bounce a little. Soon you will be getting some air under your feet. Sit on the trampoline and do a somersault. When I began to feel comfortable I would jump, bring my legs straight out in front and land on my bottom, and push back up on my feet. That was my initial combination move!
It did not take long for me to wake up some muscles that had taken a siesta! My trampoline workout made weight loss easy and enjoyable, if that is possible! Now I am at a fitness level that allows me to do other sports I had not done for some time like hiking and skiing. I am glad I jumped into my weight loss! |
