fitness equipment, weight loss I saw a pretty eye opening morning news segment today about how many calories and how much work has to go into burning off a little Halloween piece of candy, a slice of pumpkin bread or the always delicious caramel apple. Just thinking about all these treats has my mouth watering. What had me thinking twice about indulging in my sweet tooth this Halloween is how much workout time needs to be put into burning off the simplest of snack.

I may be thinking twice but I know darn well the days leading up to Halloween not to mention the day after when stores are trying to get rid of their sugary treats for next to nothing, I will indulge in these not so healthy foods. If it means hitting the fitness equipment for a few extra hours a week then so be it. The Holiday season is all about putting on the pounds with Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas meals down the pipe. There is no doubt I will be turning to weight loss routines come 2010. That may be my News Years resolution now I think about it, getting back into freshman year of college shape.
