workout, fitness equipment I was blessed with a skinny frame and until about a year ago a metabolism which could take down a plate of hot wings at 1 in the morning without so much as gaining one pound. Well something happened after college and now what I eat actually effects what I look like. My stomach and pecks is where I seem to pick up that slap on the wrist for taking a bag of jalapeno chips, arcing it at a 45 degree angle into my mouth and chomping down four servings of chips in seconds.

I have tried to make hitting the fitness equipment a routine a few times a week but something always comes up and the results never seem to happen as fast as I want them to. Weight loss is no joke and I have a new respect for the people who have shed anything over twenty pounds. It takes some serious will power and the right mindset. What keeps me on a workout circuit is the potential for man boobs I see happening after taking off my shirt. There not their yet but the pieces are in place and without some workout steps I can see them popping out faster than Pamela Anderson oil wrestling. Baby steps are what have helped me keep a routine. Ten pushups here, twenty sit ups there and a brisk jog is not too much to ask for.
