The flu season is upon us or as the media is reporting, it never seemed to leave. Beauty health is more important than ever. It seems to be common sense to eat right, get a good amount of sleep and get some sort of exercise, but it isn’t always easy. I know, I try to do all these things for my beauty health, but deadlines, obligations and running around on routine errands can disrupt the best laid plans. I am trying to become much more organized at my home and work. This does give you more free time to de-stress. I am also making it a point to eat more veggies and fruit. As far as exercise goes, I do have a very active job, but I take the stairs and park a little bit further away so I have to take more steps. These are small changes toward my beauty health, but at least it is a step. The one thing that I have always done is take daily vitamin supplements. Hopefully, if I do get sick this winter, I won’t be hit so hard.
