Massage Tools to Soothe Muscle Kinks after Workout |

Finally I found something for my sister's Christmas present. These are a set of balls that can be used by an individual for self-massaging the back by putting the ball between the back and a wall, and rolling it around. I have one and use it after every workout to get the kinks out. My sister has the same tight back muscles that I do, and I know she will use these back massage balls a lot. They are really good. I've worked out more than one muscle spasm in my back with them. Sometimes my workouts make my back muscles tense afterward, so these have been priceless in keeping me on my feet. Before I discovered the value of massages, I had to be so careful in my workouts. For some reason, we have a genetic disposition toward muscle tightness but once I found massage, whether I do it or someone else does, my problems began to fade. I know my sister will really like these because she is always on the go, whether it's on the hiking trail or at the gym. |
