I Got a New Piece of Fitness Equipment |

Recently I got a new piece of fitness equipment. I have been trying to get in shape, not doing a weight loss routine but just tone up and build some muscle. I have a back problem, so I have to be careful what kind of workout I do. Trying to find fitness equipment that will be good for my body and not hurt my back has been a little tricky. I finally found a machine that does a skiing motion, and they say it is supposed to be good for people with bad backs. There is no impact in this exercise, so it won't jar my back at all when I do it. I have used it a few times now and have felt the difference in my muscles. My calves are sore as well as the back of my thighs. Since it works the arms at the same time as the legs, my arms are sore too. Of course it is a good kind of sore, the kind that tells me my workout is doing some good. I love my new fitness equipment!
