My Daily Workouts are Really Starting to Pay Off! |

I have really gotten very aggressive with my workout routine—and nobody can really blame me, as I have learned that when you truly want to tackle something (like weight loss) the best method of approach is a steadfast one that nets you victory. It all started about a year ago, when upon getting dressed one day I realized, after seeing how far my tummy was protruding out in the mirror, that I was a bit chunky. That was the fateful day where it all changed for me, my fellow readers. That was the day where I swore off junk foods and quit smoking, and starting taking workout supplements to stay fit. I added some things to my workouts that I loved, like riding my bike and skateboarding often. Now, nearly a year later: it has really paid off, and big time! I have dropped almost forty pounds of fat and have managed to keep it off. I look and feel better than I have ever been before, and I owe it all to the online resources I have been able to easily find, and persistent self motivation! |
