workout

I was just reading an article about short workouts and the article conveyed the idea that shorter but more intense workouts might work a lot better than longer sessions. For a lot of us this is one of the best news we’ve heard in the realm of workouts, because it means that we can inject some of these shorter workouts into our hectic schedule and still get impressive results. However, the article does say that the short workouts should be done to a point where we feel maximally taxed within the allotted time. To accomplish this type of workout, the author mentioned that people could be doing a full body workout where they exercise one muscle and quickly move on to the next and so on until they’ve worked the whole body. I think this is an ingenious way of doing a workout, because I think it causes the body to make many more adjustments after the workout than when we workout, let’s say, only two muscles in one workout. The extra adjustment is going to force the body to use more fat in order to deal with those adjustment and to me this means buns like steel in no time.
