Spring Showers Make Weight Loss Easier |

After cooped up all day inside for work, I find it so refreshing to take time out to workout. I’d like to say I hop on fitness equipment regularly but I don’t. Some weeks I’m on the top of my game and others are spent working and then lounging around eating food that a nutritionist probably would not recommend. It all comes down to motivation. I have been finding that spring showers are great inspiration for weight loss. I only want to drop another few pounds but keeping even that little bit of weight off means workouts. After it rains the air smells pure, the plants look greener and the birds are chirping. It is my favorite time to get outside and go jogging.
I don’t come from a family who likes to run. It’s not in our genetics. The act of chugging along for miles may mentally feel good in the end but during the process I’m thinking about when it is all going to be over. I need something to take my mind off the workout. Spring showers bring nature alive, which works well for continuing a weight loss regime.
