Summertime is almost here and that means sitting by the pool soon, especially here in the southwest where the heat is intense in the summer. The pool means putting on those dreaded bathing suits. You can’t hide that extra winter weight that has suddenly appeared as soon as the bathing suit is on you. My friend and I have been walking on a daily basis for some weight loss and we each do our own workout at home too. My friend is getting ready to go on a cruise this summer, so she wants to look her best in all her summer attire. For me, the old muffin top had appeared, so some weight loss was needed. I think my friend and I have lost the amount we would like to, now it is the toning up which is needed. Our workouts and using the fitness equipment we both have at our homes will hopefully accomplish that. Once we both feel like our bodies are ready to be put in swimsuits, then we will go venture into trying on our suits and looking in the mirror.
