weight lossI was reading an online article towards the earlier part of this year about how weight loss is the number one standing New Year’s Resolution for five years in a row and counting in the United States. That notion of weight loss couldn’t ring anymore true to me, because I have been, ever since the start of last year, aggressively pursuing weight loss myself. Ironically, it was my resolution for last year and this year, so to boot, this notion really rings true to my heart. I am, however, please to inform you that weight loss and my efforts towards it have really proved worthwhile over the past year or so. The one thing that I have noticed that has really made an impact on my weight loss endeavors is that I have been substituting the fatty snacks like chips that I used to eat for fresh fruits, like apples and oranges. I have found that they fill me up just as good as the junk food did, but I don’t feel guilty afterwards, and I am full and I am still adhering to my weight loss goals!
