Finding a Suitable Workout for Myself |

I have some health concerns that make finding a good workout almost impossible. Lately I have been researching things I can do and have found that there was hope. Even with a herniated disc in my back and a bulging disc in my neck, I can still do some exercises that will bring results. And they will help with the problems I have, not make them worse. How wonderful is that? I think it's truly awesome that I have found help. I can walk, as long as my back isn't hurting to begin with, and that will strengthen my back. If I do certain stomach crunches, they will strengthen my core and in turn help my back also. All I have to remember is that I have limits and not try to do a hundred of them at once. There are many stretches that are effective as a workout also, and they are very easy on the back and neck. I learned some from a physical therapist that are so helpful in doing workouts for myself.
