The one thing that I noticed towards the earlier part of last year was that I was not growing any taller, but I was getting a bit wider, namely in my midsection. So I decided that I needed to change my diet up, starting by doing some daily workouts and really try my best to shed those pounds and stay healthy and fit. In doing so I also found that the best way to really lose weight, at least for me, was to find workouts that I enjoy, like skateboarding. So I ordered a new skateboard online and started skating each and every single day rather religiously. I have found that since I have been doing this, combined with eating right, taking weight loss pills and really watching my daily habits, the pounds have been shuddering off. Now, nearly nine months later, I am about back down to my proper body mass index!
