When it comes to beauty health I think that all women have to work harder on some areas than they do others. After all we all have assets and imperfections. One of my imperfections is my abdominal area and I have been fighting with it since I was in my early twenties. All of the women on my mother’s side of the family tend to store any excess weight around the abdominal area. When I was younger my regular workout was enough to keep my abdomen flat, well muscled and sexy. However when I was twenty-two I put on some weight because I took a contraceptive injection and it did not really agree with me. I have been fighting with my belly ever since.
I still do a regular workout so most of my body is toned and hard. However it does not seem to matter how many sit ups I do or what weight loss diet I try, I still have what I call my ‘kangaroo pouch.’ My kangaroo pouch is a pocket of fat that lives at the bottom of my belly. My mother thinks that all women need a kangaroo pouch and it looks feminine. I can see her point but still want mine to be a bit smaller and that is why my workout routine has always included a lot of crunches and other abdominal exercises.

That’s why I decided to buy the Ab Roller Exercise Wheel once I saw that the Zuppa’s Store website is selling it for forty-eight percent less than it would ordinarily cost. I am hoping my new fitness equipment will make my abdomen look more toned. I already have the three vertical lines going down my stomach and they look good. If I could see some horizontal six pack lines and my kangaroo pouch got a bit smaller I would be a very happy woman.
