Today when I was looking for natural supplements, I ran across a bottle of deer antler powder and it amazed me what is available online for people to take to improve their health. I'd never heard of this product as vitamins supplements, so I looked into it a little more. It appears that the Chinese have used this for thousands of years and now it is making inroads into the West. According to the information I found, it enhances recovery after workouts and helps boost the immune system, too.
I immediately thought of my niece who is fanatical about her workouts and is so fit. She once lived in a small mountain town with a huge garden and she battled the deer who chomped at her garden daily. She got so frustrated by the deer that she would give gifts of venison to my parents who happen to like it as a way to make a statement about the damage that the deer caused in her yard. She herself is a vegetarian, otherwise I'd send her a bottle of these supplements, or I could send her a bottle as a gesture of good humor.
All that aside, I did order a bottle of Planetary Formulas Antler Velvet 250mg Full Spectrumâ„¢ for myself. I want to workout more often, and if these help with the muscle recovery, I'll be really happy. One of the reasons that I don't workout as much as I should is that I get incredibly stiff sometimes and I find it hard to move around. The product description also says that it promotes vitality, something I'm quite interested in. I found these supplements at Zuppa's Store located at www.healthytudes.com, a site with a lot of natural supplements for people aspiring for a healthier life. I fall into that category and find this site really interesting, especially when I'm looking for things that will help with weight loss.
My goals for my workout program include weight loss and improving my well being. Raising my endorphin levels would help me a great deal with all facets of my life. I'm choosing to walk right now for my workouts but will start running again once my legs get stronger. Summers are way too hot to exercise outside in Phoenix where I live, so I slack off during the summer and inertia is a hard thing to break. But the weather is gorgeous now and there's no excuse for me not to workout during the winter and spring. Once my bottle of Antler Velvet comes, I'll pop one a day and start my workouts to gain my muscle tone back.
