fitness equipment, workout For over a year now I have been using the few pieces of fitness equipment the apartment complex where I live provides. There are a few treadmills and then a single three sided all in one machine, which offers a range of different exercise. My biggest complaint is there are no free weights. I ask the managers why and they quickly answered with it being a liability concern. Judging from the fact they also told us the hot tub was being replaced with a sitting area because of a new law, I know they just want to save money.

I got to go to a real gym with a friend the other day as a guest. There was more fitness equipment there then I have seen since using the college gym years ago. It is amazing how much easier it is to get in shape with the right tools. They had a crunch machine there where you can add weight. This is what I need. I almost want to go online and see how much a similar workout machine cost. Getting rid of the beer belly is so much easier with weight.
