Too Much Water Mid Workout is a Bad Idea |

After spending around 45 solid minutes using fitness equipment the other day, I slowly walked over to the drinking fountain. My mouth was dry and I needed some more Go-Go juice. I got to greedy though when the stream of falling water hit my tongue. Gulping it down like I was lost in the desert, the water went down the wrong tube and I immediately felt like puking. Stumbling away from the fountain and grabbing onto the railing, the feeling passed and I moved back to the fitness equipment.
For a good twenty seconds I thought I was going to be the person who went too far in the gym and yakked all over the place. Luckily, that was not the case. In the end, it turned out to be a very good workout. I know it was good because my body hated me in the morning. I really need to find some small fitness equipment online to use while watching TV at home. Some light free weights or a hand strengthener would be perfect. It is much easier to stay in shape when fitness equipment is staring me in the face.
