I cannot say enough about a yoga and pilates workout. I enjoy these workouts more than words can express. The movements are muscle strengthening and relaxing. The music is extremely soothing. My instructor is very informative and everyone who participates in the class is so friendly. There is absolutely no reason for me to miss out on a single class. 

My yoga and pilates classes have all that going for them plus I have experienced weight loss to boot. My muscles have really been woken up and the result is an overall firmer body. I feel years younger, stronger and more flexible. Some of those moves are very challenging and when I achieve them I feel so good about myself.

The mellow workout I receive from yoga and pilates has changed my life in so many ways. It is no longer something I force myself to do. This workout has truly become a part of my daily living. I get up in the morning and get ready for class. Yoga and pilates fits into my day without question.
