Workout with Little Fitness Equipment |

I keep saying to myself: "I don't want to hear any excuses!" The definition of a workout would be to task your body past the norms of daily activity. It does not require all sorts of fancy fitness equipment nor an expensive gym membership. Weight loss can occur with your motivation and movement. All you have got to do is decide to get up off the couch and walk. It can be that simple to start, trust me, I know from personal experience.
I found that once I started and saw some results I could not be stopped. I workout every day with only barbells and a pair of walking shoes. I have taken it slowly so I don't hurt myself or burn out on the idea of a weight loss workout program. My plan is nothing formal, just any agreement with myself to get fit in 2010.
My workout consists of a walk around the block. I am up to three laps since the New Year. I started by just going to the end of the street so that is great progress. When I get home I drink plenty of water and do a fifteen minute barbell workout. I have created a bicep, triceps and chest routine. I feel stronger already! |
