It seems to me that it doesn’t matter where you look, someone is talking about weight loss.  I guess the first time I remember thinking about my weight is probably around the time that I turned 16 or so and I realized that I was slightly heavier than my friends and couldn’t wear their jeans.   When I say slightly, I mean maybe ten pounds heavier, but I remember my mom being on some fad weight loss plan at the time and I decided to follow it too.   I did lose a few pounds, but as with most fad weight loss diets, I eventually gained the weight back.   

Over the years, I’ve seen that trend grow into something huge.  Everyone wants to know the key to quick weight loss and the real answer is as simple as being active, making healthy food choices and treating yourself well.    I personally order supplements online to make sure that my body gets everything it needs on a daily basis.  It keeps me feeling great and healthy.   I keep my eye on how many carbohydrates I eat, how much fat I consume, and make sure that I get plenty of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables along with at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.  It really is that simple.
