After I had my son, I realized that losing the baby weight was going to be a little more difficult than I had originally thought. I did not want to go exercise at a gym, and I also did not have time to even if I wanted to. I resolved to doing some research about at home workouts on the internet.

I discovered a whole new world of workout advice. I began to use the ideas that I had learned online and I started to see great results in the first week. I began to take vitamins that I bought at an online store and I started to eat much better. I run every morning now and get to spend time with my son in the process. I have found so much energy within myself as I have developed an exercise routine.

I am so proud of myself for continuing to workout and take good care of myself. I have lost all of the baby weight and I feel better than I have in a long, long time.
