
For years I was one of those people who talked about weight loss, but did nothing in terms of trying to shed the pounds. Year after year I talked about how I was going to get with it and start making better choices, but year after year, I made excuse after excuse as to why I hadn’t done anything. I’d eat healthy for a little while and see a little weight loss, and I would walk for a little while, but nothing I ever really stuck to, until finally, two years ago I decided that it was time to stop talking about weight loss, and start taking action. I started reading articles online and began educating myself on how to achieve my goals. I made small changes and then added more changes over time and the weight loss began to occur. I ordered some great fitness equipment online and started spending time working out and I lost weight. The key is eating healthy and exercise. It doesn’t mean you can’t ever have your favorite foods again, it means just have them in moderation and not every day. It’s a goal that we all can reach, and trust me, you’ll feel better. I do.
