workout  Last night I was online looking at workout clothes when I realized that if I was going to order some that I needed to be prepared to recommit myself to the program that I’d been on and also to promise myself that I would continue with the workout routine that I’d been following for a while.    For the past few weeks I wasn’t feeling well and in addition to my sleep suffering, the other thing that suffered was the fact that I had stopped my work out routine.    I knew that it would not help me in the least to continue the plan while I was under the weather, but the one thing that I have found is that once you get out of the habit of doing your workout each day, it becomes really easy to make excuses not to do it.   That has been the case for me. I’ve felt better for about a week now, but yet I’m still not back doing my regular routines.  I know I need to.   It’s definitely time to stop talking and start doing and I know that having the new clothes is definitely going to help motivate me.
