<title type='text'><![CDATA[Time to Workout Again]]></title>
<content type='html'><![CDATA[<br /><br /><br />&nbsp;<p class="MsoNormal"><img title="workout" alt="workout" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/weightlosshealthplus.com/file6101250271869.jpg" width="257" height="189" style="width: 257px; height: 189px" />&nbsp; Last night I was online looking at workout clothes when I realized that if I was going to order some that I needed to be prepared to recommit myself to the program that I’d been on and also to promise myself that I would continue with the workout routine that I’d been following for a while.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>For the past few weeks I wasn’t feeling well and in addition to my sleep suffering, the other thing that suffered was the fact that I had stopped my work out routine.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>I knew that it would not help me in the least to continue the plan while I was under the weather, but the one thing that I have found is that once you get out of the habit of doing your workout each day, it becomes really easy to make excuses not to do it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>That has been the case for me. I’ve felt better for about a week now, but yet I’m still not back doing my regular routines.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>I know I need to.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>It’s definitely time to stop talking and start doing and I know that having the new clothes is definitely going to help motivate me.</p>]]></content>

As I got older and moved out on my own slowly but surely my first meal of the day came later and later. Whether it was waking up with just enough time to get dressed and run down to class in college or rolling out of bed with just enough time to shower and dress up before heading out to the office, my morning meals were lost in the shuffle.<br /><br />For years, this was no big deal because my metabolism almost made it impossible for me to gain weight. Right now, I weigh 195 pounds. Then I couldn’t get over 180 pounds if I ate lard at 2 in the morning every single day. Fitness equipment has always stayed in the picture. Right now, I’m focused on weight loss. My goal is to tighten up and keep off 5 pounds. Sounds easy but it is harder then expected.<br /><br />Recently my friend reminded me to eat right after waking up to jump-start the metabolism. The younger generation here in the US seems particularly harsh when it comes to weight loss and weight gain. I have a feeling that this has a great deal to do with celebrity gossip websites and magazines. I have often seen scathing articles about actresses or singers who have gained enough weight to look curvaceous rather than emaciated. These articles accuse these female celebrities of being overweight. When these articles are on websites there are often accompanying comments made by kids saying that these celebrities are, indeed, fat when nothing could be further from the truth. The irony is that here in the US there are many people who really could do with going on diet and exercising in order to lose weight. According to statistics something like sixty percent of US citizens are overweight or obese. It seems to me that the western world has some very peculiar contradictory attitudes when it comes to weight loss and weight gain and I am not sure that I will ever understand it. <br />]]></content>

For a lot of us this is one of the best news we’ve heard in the realm of workouts, because it means that we can inject some of these shorter workouts into our hectic schedule and still get impressive results. However, the article does say that the short workouts should be done to a point where we feel maximally taxed within the allotted time. To accomplish this type of workout, the&nbsp;author mentioned that people could be doing a full body workout where they exercise one muscle and quickly move on to the next and so on until they’ve worked the whole body. I think this is an ingenious way of doing a workout, because I think it causes the body to make many more adjustments after the workout than when we workout, let’s say, only two muscles in one workout. The extra adjustment is going to force the body to use more fat in order to deal with those adjustment and to me this means buns like steel in no time.<br />]]></content>

I’d like to say I hop on fitness equipment regularly but I don’t. Some weeks I’m on the top of my game and others are spent working and then lounging around eating food that a nutritionist probably would not recommend. It all comes down to motivation. I have been finding that spring showers are great inspiration for weight loss. I only want to drop another few pounds but keeping even that little bit of weight off means workouts. After it rains the air smells pure, the plants look greener and the birds are chirping. It is my favorite time to get outside and go jogging.<br /><br />I don’t come from a family who likes to run. It’s not in our genetics. The act of chugging along for miles may mentally feel good in the end but during the process I’m thinking about when it is all going to be over. My friend and I have been walking on a daily basis for some weight loss and we each do our own workout at home too. My friend is getting ready to go on a cruise this summer, so she wants to look her best in all her summer attire. For me, the old muffin top had appeared, so some weight loss was needed.
